The impacts of IT on individuals IT has impacted our lives positively and negatively with its introduction our free time is consumed by it as most people either read on their phones or play games or watch a movie on their laptop or TV and it means that we have a lot of things to entertain ourselves but its also a very negative thing. Some people have become very attached to their phones or gaming setup and most of the day after school or work they go on it which means less time with family or loved ones and it also means you stay more in the house which means less sunshine for your skin and there are research by doctors and scientists that have proven that the more time you don’t have sun light the more chances of depression you can have and you would get weaker because of the Lack of vitamin D and the more you stay at home and don’t go outside and exercise you would put on weight and potentially be obese unless you like bike or walk to work or school.
